Twin Falls Idaho was our first, and only, official stop on our trip out to Boise. We started at Idaho Joe’s for a true diner experience and that it just what we got! Shoshone Falls and Dierkes Lake were next as we followed the Snake River to the Evel Knievel Jump Site and finally the Perrine Memorial Bridge!
